About
Michael Sasaki
work experience giving guitar lessons in the United States from 2004-2008 in California. I started teaching guitar lessons for a music store in Brentwood until it closed. I decided to go out on my own. I gave private guitar lessons in neighboring towns through renting a tiny private space within a public music store. Enough for just one student and I sitting across from each other. The students were enrolled through a signed written "Student Agreement" between I their private, sole music teacher and an adult or the parent of a child. The tuition fee was between $20-$35 per 30 minute lesson. Which were held once weekly on a month to month tuition fee schedule in that tiny room. Tuition was pre-paid at the beginning of each month to reserve the 30 minute time slot which I rented from store manager. If students were late or missed classes there would be no make up as far as a refund. Always was agreed and never a problem. Those who stayed grew from 11 students to 53 students in a 4 day work week for me. Everyone seemed happy with our results.
